We take great care with our recruitment process. It reflects our commitment to both successful and unsuccessful applicants. Our recruitment team will keep in touch with you throughout your recruitment process.

To find a job that allows you to develop your potential and meet your needs, please choose one of the options below:

For job opportunities within Rio Tinto Alcan corporate functions, Bauxite and Alumina and Primary Metal worldwide:

1. Visit Rio Tinto recruitment website

2. Choose the “sign in” option at the top of the page
(If it is your first time, choose the “new user” option)

3. Choose the localization
You can also choose a specification in job field (i.e: operator, trades/crafts/maintenance)

4. Choose a job opportunity

5. Apply
(If it is your first visit, you will need to fill a 5-step profile (it takes 15 to 20 minutes).


For job opportunities within Engineered Products and Packaging worldwide:

1. Visit Engineered Products and Packaging recruitment website

2. Choose your language. A new window will open.

3. If you are already registered, enter your user name and password and then browse the postings.

4. If it is your first visit, once you have selected a job or internship that interest you, you will be asked to create a profile.

If nothing happens once you have chosen a link, verify that your pop-up blocker is deactivated.

Our recruitment advisers will review your application and résumé and determine a shortlist of applicants.
